Are you planning a birthday or anniversary bash? Maybe you are wanting to celebrate the life of a loved one and require a relaxed funeral tea? Does your business want a unique venue to hold a small informal business meeting or to give a presentaion? 

Whatever your requirements Whitehaven RLFC has a number of rooms available for hire from 12 people up to 130.

The LEL arena is ideally located, only 5 minutes walk from Whitehaven Town Centre and Albion Square. There is also free car parking for 50 vehicles for your event.

Do you require catering? No worries we've also got that covered. 
Whatever your catering requirements, we can supply a full range of menus from Coffee/Tea and Biscuits to Full Hot Buffet.

The Gary Purdham Suite

The Gary Purdham Suite's fully licensed Bar is becoming the venue of choice for private parties, we can accommodate up to 130 guests comfortably in a relaxed informal environment.

So for your birthday, engagement, a Christening or Anniversary party why not come to us?

Should you require a smaller room, for up to 60 guests, we can accommodate your party in the Gary Purdham Suite.

Whitehaven RLFC  boardroom

The boardroom can seat up to 45-50 people and is available to hire for match day and also for small party's. 

If you hire the boardroom for matchday its the perfect way to relax and enjoy the spectacular view overlooking the LEL Arena

We can set up any of the rooms to suit your event and all rooms are Wi-Fi enabled plus we have projectors and screens available.
