It’s another matchday for the chocolate, blue & gold, as they head to the crown oil arena to take on Rochdale Hornets in the 22nd round of the Betfred Championship.

Rochdale came to the Ortus Rec back in March, where we put a huge performance to take a 20-0 win and take all 2 points.

This time we are in the back yard of Rochdale, as we look to replicate a similar performance.

Amidst all of the matchday fever, if selected this will be Marc Shackley’s 250th career appearance. In that time he has made 140 appearances for Workington Town, and 109 for Haven. Having an amazing career spanning near two decades.

Our opponents today currently sit 15th in the championship table, having lost five out of their last five games.

Both sides will definitely be up for this one, as this will make for a great clash on the road.
