Whitehaven Rugbly League FC Supporters Trust, known as Trust in Haven, was formed in 2010 as a Industrial and Provident Societies (IPSs). Trust in Haven aims are:

  • To give the supporters a direct say in the policy making mechanism at the club, by offering financial and practical support in exchange for a shareholding and seats on the board.
  • To promote links with the wider community through the local authority, the amateur game, schools, businesses community groups etc.
  • To provide a long-term vision in an effort to galvanise all Whitehaven Supporters past present and future 

These aims can be seen being realised in several differant ways:

On Matchdays

  1. All the Programme Sellers, half time draw tickets sellers and some of the Turnstile Operators as unpaid Volunteers 
  2. Providing the Funding, Manpower and technical support for the Matchday PA System

Player Recruitment

Raising Funds to enable the Club sign players, such as Cain Southernwood and have committed a four figure sum to the club to sign players for 2015 

Charity Fund raising

In 2013 Trust in Haven raised money for the Brennan Rooney Fund, the son of Havens Stand Off Jamie Rooney
