Danny Barker

Position: Loose Forward
1st Team Debut: Warrington Away

Danny joined the club from Glasson in 2005. He made his debut in the Challenge Cup away at Super League side Warrington. He came on and played in the second row where he didn’t look out of place, putting some big shots on players such as Martin Gleeson and Danny Lima.

Danny also played another first team game in 2006 against Rochdale when he came on at loose forward and performed well in only his 2nd game for the first team side.

An Ankle injury kept Danny out for the back end of last season and  his presence on the field was missed by the reserve grade, Danny has played in both Ike Southward memorial games against Workington and has performed really well.

Big things are expected from Danny this season.
