Craig joined the club from Distington after only playing 1 full season in rugby. Haven noticed the youngster after he finished Disingtons top try scorer in his first ever season.

At the start of the 2006-2007 reserve grade season Craig scored a hat-trick in the 42-0 demoltion of the Workington Reserve grade at Derwent Park.

Craig is a tall rangy back rower with a  good turn of pace for a big lad and has a great offload on him. Craig is expected to push for a first team place this season.
